1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using DoSomething ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you don't agree to these Terms, please don't use the App. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

2. Account Creation and Security

You can create an account using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activities that occur under it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscription and Billing

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled. You can cancel anytime through your Apple ID settings - the subscription will continue until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies.

4. User Content and Rights

You retain ownership of content you create in the App, including photos and reflections. By using the App, you grant us a license to store and process this content to provide our services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you upload.

5. Privacy and Data Usage

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. The App requires certain device permissions (camera, photos, notifications) to function. You can control these permissions through your device settings.

6. Third-Party Services

We use services from Supabase, Pexels, Superwall, and Apple to provide our functionality. Your use of the App is also subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

7. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time through the App settings. Account deletion will permanently remove all your data from our servers. However, deleting your account does NOT automatically cancel your subscription - you must separately cancel any active subscriptions through your Apple ID settings in your device's Settings app to prevent future billing. We cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf as they are managed directly by Apple.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for anything illegal or harmful
• Share inappropriate or offensive content
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Try to break or disrupt the App's functionality

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not responsible for any harm resulting from your use of the App.
